Russian forces struck Dnipro for the third time today. Earlier in the day, Russian attacks on the city claimed the lives of two people, wounded five others, and damaged a number of civilian facilities.

As a result of the Russian attack on September 10, part of the “Oleina” Dnipro Oil Extraction Plant in Dnipro was damaged. The plant, which is part of Bunge Ukraine, has suspended operations.
