Vladislav Vlasyuk, the President’s Representative on Sanctions Policy, stated that the “Oreshnik” ballistic missile, which Russia used to attack the Bila Tserkva area on May 24, consists exclusively of Russian and Belarusian components. No foreign parts were found in it.
