Lukashenko has identified “who is to blame” for dragging out the war

Belarus’s self-proclaimed president, Alexander Lukashenko, stated that the so-called international “war party” is doing everything in its power to prolong the armed conflict in Ukraine.
This was reported by BELTA.
At a ceremony to award general’s epaulets to graduates of military academies, Lukashenko accused the European Union of “hypocritically declaring its commitment to peace” while pursuing a course of militarization.
The European Union has openly embarked on a course of militarization (which is, in essence, NATO). Billions are being spent on the procurement of offensive weapons. At the same time, an absurd hysteria is being stoked around an imaginary “threat from the east.”

Lukashenko traditionally emphasized Belarus’s “peacefulness,” stating that “we do not need war.”

At the same time, he assured the graduates that “no one will send them off to this slaughter.”
He also, as is his custom, accused the “descendants of the Third Reich” of “phantom pains” and a desire for revenge.
As a reminder, Xi Jinping and Lukashenko held a meeting in Beijing: China supported Belarus in defending its national sovereignty.
