In the Cherkasy region, the enemy struck a high-rise building with a drone loaded with shrapnel

Last night, Russian troops attacked a high-rise building in Smila, in the Cherkasy region. The occupiers used a drone loaded with shrapnel to carry out the attack.
Ihor Taburets, head of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, the residents of the apartment that was at the epicenter of the strike were not at home at the time of the attack. However, ambulance crews provided assistance to five victims.
Rescue workers quickly extinguished the fires. There is significant damage to one of the building’s entrances. All necessary services are on the scene. An emergency response headquarters has been set up.

As a reminder, according to Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, the invaders have begun using more rocket-powered drones during airstrikes, effectively relying on them.
