Serhiy "Flash": "Shahed's" attack on the SBU building may have been a planned operation by Russia

The attack by a Russian strike drone on the Security Service of Ukraine building may have been a premeditated operation. This theory was put forward by Sergey "Flash," an expert in radio technology.
The expert reported this on his personal Telegram channel.
According to him, the "Shahed" could have been controlled and guided in real time using a MESH radio repeater with internet access.
Serhiy “Flash” speculated that a Russian agent near the site of the attack could have briefly activated the device. He estimated that the repeater could have been placed up to 5 km from the SBU building.

The expert also noted that such a device is small—about half the size of a school backpack.
Separately, “Flash” pointed out that, according to his information, there were no other “Shaheds” in the air during the attack.
At the same time, Serhiy Beskrestnov’s assumptions regarding how the drone was guided and the possible involvement of a Russian agent require independent confirmation.
As a reminder, a Russian attack in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district caused a fire in non-residential buildings. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that a Russian drone struck the central building of the Security Service of Ukraine on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, across from St. Sophia Cathedral—Ukraine is preparing a response.
