Ukraine's defense forces strike two Pantsir-S1 systems, radar stations and Russian defense plant

On September 10 and during the night of September 11, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of key enemy military targets, including two "Pantsir-S1" anti-aircraft missile and gun systems.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Among the targets successfully struck were:
- two "Pantsir-S1" anti-aircraft missile and gun systems in Taganrog, Rostov Oblast, Russian Federation;
- a radar station in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation;
- a storage and launch site for attack drones in occupied Donetsk;
- a training center for UAV operators of the “Akhmat” unit in the temporarily occupied territories, in Petropavlivka, Luhansk Oblast;
- the Snizhne Machine-Building Plant in the occupied Donetsk Oblast.
Background
The Snizhne Plant specializes in the production of parts for gas turbine engines, specifically compressor and turbine discs and blades.
According to the General Staff, the plant is used by the Russian defense industry to manufacture military-grade products, including components for aircraft engines.
The extent of the damage inflicted on the Russian side is currently being assessed. Operations against key enemy military targets are ongoing.
As a reminder, on the night of September 11, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Saratov Oil Refinery. Fires were reported on the facility’s grounds.
