Defense forces struck “Chornomornaftogaz” and a UAV depot, and confirmed a strike on the Tyumen Oil Refinery

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Strikes on Targets in Crimea

Ukrainian defenders carried out special operations on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula:

• In the Vnukove area, a facility belonging to the state-owned company “Chornomornaftogaz” was struck. A direct hit on the target was confirmed. Following the occupation of Crimea, the Russians used these seized facilities to extract, store, and transport petroleum products and to supply fuel to their military forces.
• In the Chornomorsk area, a ground-based control relay station for “Geran”/“Gerbera”-type strike UAVs was destroyed. This facility allowed the occupiers to increase the range, stability, and control precision of their drones during attacks on Ukrainian territory.

Neutralization of Enemy Logistics and Concentrations in the East

In addition to targets in Crimea, the Defense Forces struck elements of the enemy’s military infrastructure in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions:

• Donetsk Oblast: A road bridge near Vyselky, which the Russian Federation’s army actively used for military logistics, was struck.
• Luhansk region: Strikes were carried out against an enemy UAV depot near Chervonopopivka, as well as against an area where enemy personnel were concentrated in Purdivka.

Confirmation of a strike on the Tyumen Oil Refinery in Russia

The General Staff also clarified and confirmed the results of previous operations on July 25.

In particular, the successful strike on the Tyumen Oil Refinery in the Tyumen region of the Russian Federation has been confirmed.

The Tyumen Oil Refinery is one of the key oil refining facilities in Western Siberia, with a capacity of approximately 7 million metric tons of crude oil per year. The plant produces automotive gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, and fuel oil, which are used directly to meet the needs of the Russian Armed Forces and the Russian military-industrial complex.

As a reminder, on the night of July 22–23, an agent of the partisan movement within the Russian Armed Forces confirmed that the Ukrainian Defense Forces had successfully struck a convoy of military tanker trucks in occupied Luhansk.

And on July 25, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed successful attacks on ships in the Caspian Sea and targets in four regions of Russia. In particular, on the night of July 25, a fire broke out near the “Engels-2” military airfield in Engels, Saratov Oblast, Russia. According to OSINT analysts, the fire engulfed a building where a military unit is likely stationed.

Overall, on the night of July 25, a number of regions in Russia came under drone attack. In the Rostov Region, a series of explosions triggered fires, damaged civilian and border infrastructure, and resulted in casualties.
