Vladimir Putin's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, stated that a meeting between Putin, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and U.S. President Donald Trump would be possible only to "formalize agreements."
Peskov told TASS this on August 30.
Such a meeting is possible only to formalize agreements. These agreements are by no means a simple deal; they represent a very complex settlement process consisting of a vast number of details. And it would be completely pointless for the presidents to meet just to discuss all of this. They can only meet to finalize the agreements

As a reminder, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Georgiy Tykhyi recently told “Shelter” that Zelenskyy is ready to meet with Putin at any neutral venue, with the exception of Moscow and Minsk.
According to Axios, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, during a secret visit to Moscow, proposed to Russia that a trilateral meeting be held between Trump, Zelenskyy, and Putin to find a way to end the war.
