Police released the first footage of the attack on the ATB supermarket in Chernihiv on July 26

The Patrol Police Press Office and Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, released photos of the first moments following the enemy attack on Chernihiv.

Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, noted that on July 26, Russia used “Geran”-type rocket-propelled UAVs against the civilian population of Chernihiv.

According to an official, 25 people were injured as a result of this strike, including four children. 

A 10-year-old boy is currently in the hospital. Also injured were two boys, ages 11 and 17, and a girl who is nearly 2 years old. A total of 12 people are in hospitals, four of whom are in serious condition. Vyacheslav Chaus, Head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration

He added that medical personnel provided the necessary care to all those injured. 

Chaus noted that late on the evening of July 26, Russian forces struck the premises of a food processing plant. A 48-year-old man was injured and is currently in the hospital.

As a reminder, on July 26 in Chernihiv, Russian forces struck an ATB supermarket. A drone strike on the supermarket was recorded in the ZAZ district. Two people, including a child, were killed in the attack, and another 20 were injured.
