A fire broke out near the Wildberries warehouse in Yekaterinburg, Russia, following a drone attack

According to the results of an OSINT analysis of photos and videos from eyewitnesses, the fire originated at the Wildberries logistics center in the Chkalovsky District of Yekaterinburg.

Footage from the scene shows thick black smoke rising near the terminal’s main building. Cars parked in the lot next to the warehouse are on fire.

Before the fire, local residents reported seeing drones flying over the region.

Due to the threat of airstrikes, a special “Kilim” plan was implemented at Yekaterinburg’s Koltsovo International Airport (temporarily suspending the arrival and departure of civilian aircraft).

Denis Pasler, governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, confirmed on his Telegram channel that a fire had broken out in a parking lot in the city’s Chkalovsky District, stating that it was caused by “falling UAV debris.”

According to the Russian official, as of this morning, the fire had already been contained; economic and infrastructure facilities were not damaged, and no one was injured.

The company’s press service confirmed that a “scheduled evacuation in accordance with safety requirements” had been carried out at the logistics facility.

Meanwhile, in its morning briefing, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that 328 Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs were allegedly shot down or intercepted during the night and morning of July 25. The Russian ministry claims that the attack affected more than two dozen regions of the Russian Federation, as well as the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

As a reminder, on the night of July 24, the Wildberries sorting center caught fire in the temporarily occupied city of Simferopol following a drone attack. The company’s press service confirmed the strike on the facility and reported that staff had been evacuated in accordance with safety requirements.

That same night, in Russia’s Leningrad Oblast, a fire broke out at a Wildberries logistics complex in the village of Novosaratovka, Vsevolozhsky District, following a drone attack.
