The CPD emphasized that there is no official information regarding such intentions, but Iran potentially possesses the weapons to carry out such actions.

As a reminder, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Iran has effectively become a participant in the war against Ukraine by beginning to supply Russia with strike drones, technology, and other weapons. According to him, North Korea is also providing similar military support to Moscow.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga also stated that Iran’s threats are baseless. He said that the regime in Tehran is a direct accomplice in Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
