The Kherson region has come under renewed attack: 10 people were injured

Russian troops attacked Kherson and the surrounding region with drones and artillery. A driver from the State Emergency Service was injured and his vehicle was damaged in a second attack.

At around 8:10 p.m., the Russians struck a car with a drone in the Korabelny district of Kherson. A 10-year-old boy was injured. The child suffered blast trauma and lacerations to the head and back.

According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, nine civilians are known to have been injured, including an employee of the State Emergency Service.
One person was injured as a result of artillery shelling of Kherson. The others, including a State Emergency Service employee, were wounded in drone attacks.
UPDATED at 4:50 p.m.
At approximately 2:10 p.m., three people were injured when a drone struck a car in Bilozirka: a 68-year-old woman and two men, aged 43 and 69.
The woman sustained blast injuries, a closed head injury, and a concussion. The men were hospitalized with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.
Overnight, an enemy drone struck an apartment in the Central District of Kherson. A 42-year-old man suffered an explosive injury and a concussion.
UPDATED at 3:00 p.m.
According to the State Emergency Service (SES), while responding to the aftermath of a Russian attack, the enemy launched a second strike with an FPV drone against an SES tanker truck. A fire truck was damaged, and the driver was injured.
UPDATED at 2:18 p.m.
Two more victims of an enemy drone attack on a car in central Kherson sought medical attention. The attack occurred around 1:50 p.m.
The men, aged 40 and 37, sustained blast injuries. They are currently undergoing further medical examinations.
Earlier, the Kherson City Military Administration reported that around 9:30 a.m., a woman was caught in enemy shelling.
She was taken to the hospital. Doctors diagnosed her with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.
The victim is currently receiving the necessary medical care.
As a reminder, Russian troops attacked the Kherson Thermal Power Plant with a guided aerial bomb. As a result of the attack, the city’s main source of heat suffered serious damage.
