As attorney Artem Krykun-Trush stated in a comment to RBC-Ukraine, the NABU served Mudriy with a notice of suspicion today, but no arrest took place. He added that two searches were conducted today at two locations.
As a reminder, this morning NABU reported that, together with the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), it is conducting a large-scale special operation to expose a criminal organization led by a current and a former Member of Parliament. High-ranking officials from the Office of the President and other individuals are also implicated in the activities.
It has been revealed that the criminal group laundered 150 million hryvnias in cash to pay bail for a defendant in the “Midas” case, who was released from custody on June 29, 2026, thanks to these funds.
Earlier, Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko reported that on Wednesday morning, NABU conducted searches at Iryna Mudra’s residence.
