Ukraine has received confirmation from the United Kingdom regarding the production of SCALP long-range missiles.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this.

According to Zelenskyy, he had previously discussed this issue with French President Emmanuel Macron, who confirmed that the supply of SCALP missiles and the corresponding licenses had been unblocked. The president called this a “major positive” and an important decision.

Zelenskyy also stated that within 7–10 days, Ukraine is expected to receive a work schedule for the FREYJA missile program. The schedule will identify where problems arise and which foreign companies need to be engaged to resolve them.

In addition, Norway confirmed $9 billion in funding for Ukraine for 2027. According to the president, these funds could, in particular, be allocated to the development of an office dedicated to the FREYJA program.

Zelenskyy also announced the delivery of several Crotale air defense systems and their missiles, as well as AIM missiles used to destroy Russian air targets. In addition, Ukraine received additional missiles for its Patriot systems.

As a reminder, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously reported that Ukraine would receive licenses to manufacture modern weapons, including SCALP cruise missiles, AASM air-to-ground bombs, and Aster 30 missiles, in cooperation with Italy.
