Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia regions under Russian fire, fatalities reported in Dnipro

On September 2, Russian terrorists attacked the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Four people were killed, nine were wounded, and cars, homes, and educational institutions were damaged.
This information comes from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration and the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Two people were killed in Dnipro as a result of Russian attacks. Nine others were injured. Educational institutions, apartment buildings, a food warehouse, and vehicles were damaged.
Other communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region were also targeted:
- in the Nikopol district, one person was killed; a 71-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition, and a 41-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man were hospitalized in moderate condition;
- in the Kryvyi Rih region, a 67-year-old man was injured;
- one person was killed in the Vasylkiv community;
- in the Samarivsky District, a 51-year-old man was injured.
Zaporizhzhia
A terrorist group launched a drone strike on Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the enemy attack, cars caught fire and several vehicles were damaged. Emergency responders are on the scene.
In Zaporizhzhia, protective nets against drones have been installed due to constant attacks on healthcare facilities and other administrative buildings. Some roads leading out of the city have also been secured, which has slightly improved safety in this frontline city.
As a reminder, on September 1, Russian forces attacked a vehicle carrying volunteers during an evacuation in Zaporizhzhia. Two people were wounded, and the vehicle sustained damage.
