Kyiv was hit by a drone attack: four people were injured, including children; the attack is ongoing

On the night of September 1, Russian troops attacked Kyiv. At 2:12 a.m., an air raid alert was issued in the capital due to the threat of attack drones.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration.
As of 2:00 a.m., four people were injured in the Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv as a result of a Russian attack. Among them are two children. No further details regarding their condition have been reported at this time.
City authorities have urged residents of the capital to immediately proceed to shelters and remain there until the air raid alert ends.
A new attack began shortly thereafter
Following the drone strikes, Russian forces continued their attack on the capital. According to preliminary information, the enemy used ballistic missiles and “Kalibr”-type cruise missiles.
At the time of publication, there was no information available on the consequences of this part of the attack, specifically regarding possible hits, damage, or new casualties.
As a reminder, at least three people were injured as a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv on August 30. Cleanup efforts are currently underway in four districts of the capital.
