Russia continues to attack Kyiv. Over the past day, debris from downed aircraft has fallen in the Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Solomianskyi districts of the capital.

The Kyiv City Council approved a decision to halt traffic in the capital for 60 seconds every day at 9:00 a.m. during the nationwide minute of silence.
