Last night, Russian forces once again attacked port infrastructure in the Odesa region. The strike damaged a civilian vessel flying the Togolese flag.

This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

According to preliminary reports, four people were injured. Three of them were hospitalized, and one of the victims is in serious condition. All of the injured are receiving the necessary medical care.

Fires also broke out as a result of the attack on the port infrastructure. All fires have now been completely extinguished.

As a reminder, port infrastructure in the Izmailivskyi district of the Odesa region was damaged as a result of a nighttime attack by the Russian Federation on August 13. According to the command center, a fire broke out following the strike.
