Targeted double attack in the Sumy region: a 29-year-old woman and her 9-year-old son were killed

This morning, Russian troops launched a double strike with rocket-powered drones against a private residential building in the Buryn community in Sumy Oblast.
This was reported by Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy Regional State Administration.
As a result of the attack, the house sustained significant damage, and a fire broke out. A 29-year-old woman and her 9-year-old son were killed at the scene.
Four other people were injured. Among the injured are the father and grandmother of the boy who died. They are in the hospital with severe burns.
Rescue and investigative efforts at the site of the strike are ongoing.
As a reminder, Russian troops attacked the Kirovohrad and Sumy regions. A fire broke out following a strike on an infrastructure facility in the Kropyvnytskyi district. A private home and dry grass also caught fire.
