Russia attacks Kherson region: 12 people were wounded and injured

As a result of Russian shelling in the Kherson region on September 2, residential buildings and vehicles were damaged, and local residents were also caught in the crossfire.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office and the Kherson Regional State Administration.
Six civilians were injured as a result of Russian attacks in the Kherson region
As of 5:30 p.m., six people were injured as a result of Russian drone attacks on Kherson:
- A 34-year-old woman suffered blast injuries, a concussion, and an acute stress reaction;
- men aged 55, 36, and 55 were diagnosed with blast injuries and concussions;
- A 68-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds when a drone struck a car in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson;
- A 58-year-old man sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to the head.
Six people were injured in the nighttime shelling of Kherson and the region:
- A 53-year-old man sustained a blast injury and a head contusion;
- An 86-year-old man was diagnosed with blast trauma, a concussion, burns to his hands, and smoke inhalation;
- A 65-year-old woman suffered blast trauma, concussion, and a knee contusion;
- A 57-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man suffered blast injuries, burns, and concussions;
- A 65-year-old woman was injured in a Russian “Shahed” attack in downtown Kherson.
As a reminder, regarding the Russian Federation’s attack on the Kyiv region: fires broke out in two districts. As a result of the enemy attack, warehouse facilities in the Bucha district and a private sports complex in the Obukhiv district were damaged.
