Russia attacked the “Orlivka” international border crossing with strike drones

On the night of September 1, Russia attacked the "Orlivka" international ferry crossing on the border with Romania using Shahed-type attack drones.
This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
As a result of the enemy attack, hits were recorded on the building and the territory of the border crossing point. Fires broke out.
Currently, the processing of citizens and vehicles through this checkpoint has been temporarily suspended. The Romanian side has been notified of this
by the State Border Guard Service
The State Border Guard Service’s press office noted that traffic is currently being rerouted to other border crossing points.

Border guards noted that this is not the first time the enemy has struck this border crossing.
As a reminder, on August 21, Russian forces launched drone strikes on the “Tabaky” border crossing in the Odesa region. Due to the attack, the passage of people and vehicles was temporarily suspended.
