Russia has launched more than 3,600 airstrikes against Ukraine in a week, according to Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made this statement in his address.

According to the head of state, over the past seven days, the Russians have used the following against Ukrainians:

• nearly 2,000 attack drones (including jet-powered drones);
• more than 1,600 guided aerial bombs (GABs);
• 31 missiles of various types, including North Korean-made ballistic missiles.

The President noted that air raid sirens have been sounding frequently in Kyiv and many other regions in recent days due to the active use of enemy jet-powered UAVs. As a result of the attacks, ordinary residential buildings and civilian infrastructure have been hit.

In addition, the enemy has been striking border and frontline settlements practically around the clock. Nikopol, Kramatorsk, and Kherson, as well as communities in the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Sumy regions, are under constant fire.

Zelenskyy once again emphasized that providing additional protection for Ukrainian cities and communities from Russian aerial terror remains an absolute priority for the state.
