Russians attacked the Kherson region: two dead and nine wounded

This was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration and the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

As of 5:30 p.m., two civilians were confirmed dead and nine were injured as a result of the Russian aggression.

At around 12:40 p.m., the Russians attacked Novovorontsovka with a drone. A 71-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds to his arm, a concussion, and blast trauma.

At 11:40 a.m., the occupiers struck an apartment building in the Korabelny district of Kherson with a drone. A 45-year-old woman sustained shrapnel wounds to her arm and leg, a concussion, blast injury, and a closed head injury.

In the morning, the enemy attacked Bilozerka; a 37-year-old man sustained mine-blast injuries and a concussion.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., a 55-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds to his arm, leg, and lower back, as well as a concussion, blast injury, and closed head injury, as a result of a drone attack on the Korabelny district.

At 7:30 a.m., the Russians struck the yard of a house in Havrylivka, Novooleksandrivka community, with a drone. A 68-year-old woman sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to her face and legs.

At approximately 6:30 a.m. in the Korabelny District, a 62-year-old driver sustained blast injuries, a closed head injury, a concussion, and a shrapnel wound to the chest as a result of a drone attack on a route taxi.

Around 5:30 a.m., Russian forces attacked a minibus with a drone in the Korabelny district. The 63-year-old driver sustained a concussion, blast injuries, and a closed head injury.

At around 5:30 a.m., the occupiers attacked the village of Novokairi with a UAV—two men, aged 67 and 58, sustained fatal injuries.

At midnight in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, a 54-year-old man was injured when a drone struck a private residence. He sustained blast injuries, a concussion, and a head contusion.

Nine people were also injured by drones deployed by the enemy in Kherson, Bilozerka, Novovorontsovka, and Gavrilivka. Two police officers are among the wounded. Private homes and apartment buildings, business premises, garages, and both service and passenger vehicles sustained damage.

In addition, Russian forces attacked a medical facility in Kherson. A strike by an enemy FPV drone caused a fire in a two-story utility building and a passenger car on the grounds of one of the city’s medical facilities.

As a reminder, Russian troops once again attacked port infrastructure in the Odesa region. As a result of the strike, a civilian vessel flying the flag of Togo was damaged.
