Russian attacks on Kherson and the surrounding region: one person killed, ten wounded

According to the Regional Military Administration, at approximately 7:15 p.m., Russian invaders attacked a high-rise building in the Central District with a UAV. A 40-year-old man sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to his head, torso, arms, and legs.

According to updated information from the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, nine people were wounded and one person was killed as a result of the Russian attacks.

Throughout the day, eight people were injured as a result of enemy drone strikes in various districts of Kherson, including a hospital security guard whose workplace was struck by an FPV drone.

According to Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, enemy drones struck a high-rise building in the historic part of the city this morning, causing a fire. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the residents lost everything they had accumulated over their lifetimes.

Earlier, Oleksandr Prokudin and the Kherson Regional State Administration had reported on the attacks.

At approximately 1:10 p.m., a Russian drone attacked a building in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A man was killed. His identity is being determined. 

At approximately 12:25 p.m., the Russians attacked the Korabelny district of Kherson with a UAV. Three people were injured: a 57-year-old man and two women aged 62 and 78. The victims suffered blast injuries, closed head injuries, concussions, and shrapnel wounds.

Around 10:00 a.m., a 61-year-old woman was wounded in a Russian attack on the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. She was diagnosed with blast injuries and a closed head injury, as well as a concussion (her condition is moderate).

At 9:30 a.m., the occupiers struck Bilozerka with a drone. A 23-year-old man sustained a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his leg.

At approximately 9:00 a.m., the Russians attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with a UAV. A 64-year-old woman was injured (blast injury and an injury to her arm).

As a reminder, as a result of the enemy attack on Konotop, a house, railway facilities, and a business were destroyed; a child was among the casualties. Dozens of buildings and structures were damaged, and part of the city was left without gas supply.
