Drone hits minibus in Kherson as Russian attacks kill two and injure 23 across region

According to updated data from the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, two people were killed and 23 were injured as a result of Russian attacks in the Kherson region.

As of 5:30 p.m., a 47-year-old man was killed in Kherson as a result of drone attacks, and 19 other civilians were injured. Two people were also wounded in Novoraysk, and one person each in Mykilske and Osokorivka.

Around 2:30 p.m., Russian terrorists attacked Osokorivka in the Novovorontsov community with a drone. A 58-year-old man who was at home suffered blast injuries, a concussion, and burns to his face and hands.

In Stanislav, Kherson Oblast, a 55-year-old man was killed by enemy shelling from a multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS).

At approximately 2:30 p.m., a 71-year-old woman was injured (blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to the neck) in another enemy drone strike in the Central District of Kherson.

As of 2:52 p.m., the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported 12 people wounded as a result of an enemy drone attack on a minibus.

A 73-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man sought medical assistance. Both victims suffered concussions, blast injuries, and acute stress reactions.

Earlier reports indicated that among the victims was a 25-year-old woman who was at a public transit stop at the time of the attack. She sustained blast trauma and a shrapnel wound to her leg. She was hospitalized.

Emergency medical teams transported two more victims to the hospital. Medical personnel treated one person at the scene. Police transported the other victims to the regional clinical hospital.

Also, at around 11:40 a.m., Russian troops attacked a 61-year-old woman with a drone in the Korabelny district of Kherson. As a result of the enemy attack, she sustained blast injuries, a closed head injury, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to her leg.

An emergency medical team transported the victim to the hospital. Medical personnel assess her condition as moderate.

At approximately 7:40 a.m., the Russians launched a drone attack in the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A 32-year-old woman suffered a concussion, blast injuries, and a closed head injury.

As a reminder, one person was killed and seven were wounded in the Kherson region as a result of enemy attacks. The ministry reported the death of a man in Rakivka.
