Three people were killed and five others were injured in Kyiv as a result of an overnight attack

The Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of August 31 claimed the lives of three people. Five more residents of the capital were injured.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration.
Three people were killed in Kyiv as a result of a Russian attack on the night of September 1. Five more residents of the capital were injured.
“Unfortunately, three people were killed as a result of the enemy attack on the capital. We extend our condolences to their families and loved ones. We also know of five people who were injured,” the Kyiv City Military Administration said in a statement.
The City Military Administration had also previously reported a fire in one of Kyiv’s buildings. However, this information was later not confirmed.
Other consequences of the nighttime attack were still being assessed at the time of publication.
As a reminder, as a result of the Russian attack in the Kyiv region, warehouses belonging to the “Aurora” chain caught fire, causing heavy smoke. Traffic was temporarily restricted on a section of the Kyiv–Chop highway heading toward the capital.
