In Russia's Perm Krai, a drone attack was reported on the morning of August 21. Residents of the city are reporting explosions and loud bangs.

This is what the Russian media are reporting.

The Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez (PNOS) oil refinery came under drone attack.

Local residents report explosions on the premises or near the facility.

Meanwhile, media outlets report that the Bolshoye Savino Airport has temporarily suspended operations. Sirens are also sounding in the city.

As a reminder, explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea on the night of August 21. Power outages occurred in some areas of the peninsula. According to local residents, a series of explosions occurred in Simferopol. In just 20 minutes, more than 15 explosions were heard in the city.
