Oil refineries and Wildberries warehouses are on fire in Russia: several regions have reported explosions

On the night of July 31, drones struck Volgograd, the Rostov Region, Tatarstan, and Dagestan. Oil refineries and Wildberries warehouses were targeted.
This was reported by the Exilenova+ monitoring Telegram channel and local social media.
Residents of Volgograd and the surrounding region are reporting explosions and fires. As a result of a drone attack, the Lukoil-Volgograd Oil Refinery and a Wildberries warehouse are on fire there.
Local Governor Andrei Bocharov reported fires at an industrial facility in the fuel and energy sector and at the warehouse of a logistics company.
He did not name these facilities but reported that five people were allegedly injured.
According to local residents, one of the targeted facilities is a Wildberries complex covering more than 48,000 square meters. The company announced the evacuation of its employees due to “force majeure.”
Another Wildberries warehouse was targeted by drones in Zelenodolsk, Tatarstan.
In addition, OSINT sources report that in Nizhnekamsk (Tatarstan), pressure is being relieved at the refinery’s units following a drone attack.
It is also known that drones attacked the local port in Kaspiysk, Dagestan.
As a reminder, the Tyumen oil refinery owned by RI-Invest has completely halted crude oil processing and the production of petroleum products. This occurred on July 25 following a drone attack that damaged the refinery’s secondary units. The refinery has a total capacity of 9 million metric tons per year. However, in 2024, it processed only 5.7 million metric tons of crude oil, producing 0.5 million metric tons of gasoline and 2.8 million metric tons of diesel fuel.
