“They struck while people were there”: Russians attacked the central market in Sloviansk-there are wounded

On Tuesday, August 11, at around 11:30 a.m., Russian occupiers launched a Molniya-2 drone strike on the central market in Sloviansk. At least four civilians-three women and one man-were wounded as a result of the enemy shelling.
Vadym Lyakh, head of the city’s military administration, reported this on Facebook.
According to the official, all victims are currently receiving the necessary medical care.
At the same time, Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, emphasized that the enemy deliberately carried out the attack at noon, when there were many people at the market, acting without any military logic and with the intention of inflicting as much suffering as possible on the civilian population.
As a reminder, on the morning of July 29, Russian troops struck the village of Raigorodok in the Kramatorsk district. A 37-year-old woman was killed under the rubble of a building. Her 6-year-old son, the child’s father, and the grandmother were injured. Three women aged 63, 69, and 74 were also injured.
