On the morning of Saturday, August 29, a 14-year-old girl was killed in the Boryspil District of Kyiv Oblast as a result of an attack by Russian strike drones.
This was reported by Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, in addition to the child’s death, there are also casualties in the area, as well as damage to civilian infrastructure.
Units of the State Emergency Service, medical services, and law enforcement are working at the sites of the strikes and where debris has fallen. Efforts are underway to address the aftermath of the shelling and provide necessary assistance to affected citizens.
As a reminder, enemy forces continue to carry out massive, nearly non-stop drone strikes on the territory of the Kyiv region.
On August 28, 27 people were killed—including Taras Didych, the head of the Dmytrivka community—and 42 others were injured when an enemy drone struck and subsequently exploded at a facility in the village of Mila in the Bucha district.
