Two people were killed in the Kherson region as a result of drone and artillery attacks

On August 21, the Russian military attacked settlements in the Kherson region using artillery, mortars, and various types of drones.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration and the regional prosecutor's office.
In the Korabelny district of the city, a 49-year-old man was injured in a drone attack; he suffered blast injuries.
According to the prosecutor’s office, as of 7:00 p.m., two civilians had been killed and two others injured in the Kherson region.
At approximately 3:35 p.m., an elderly man and a 92-year-old woman were killed as a result of an artillery strike on the village of Komyshany.
Additionally, two people in Kherson and one in Komyshany were injured by Russian drones.
Private homes, apartment buildings, and vehicles were damaged.
A fire broke out in a private residential building in the village of Pravdyne in the Kherson district. Emergency responders from the State Emergency Service extinguished the fire. Experts are investigating the cause of the fire.
As a reminder, more than 20 people have been wounded in the Kherson region due to enemy attacks. In Darivka, a Russian FPV drone attacked a 39-year-old cyclist. The man died at the scene.
