Enemy attacks in Kherson region: three people killed, seven injured

This was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration and Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

Update as of 6:55 p.m.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin and the State Emergency Service, the occupiers attacked a residential area in Kherson’s Central District with an FPV drone: a fire broke out in two residential buildings and a farm building. Rescuers extinguished the fire despite the threat of further attacks.

There were no casualties.

According to updated data from the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, three people were killed and seven were injured in the Kherson region, including a child.

In Kherson, six civilians (including a child) were injured as a result of Russian attacks. One person was injured as a result of artillery shelling of the village of Mykilske.

According to the State Emergency Service, a fire broke out on the tenth floor of a high-rise building in Kherson after an FPV drone struck it. Rescuers evacuated four people from the smoke-filled premises despite the threat of a repeat attack.

At approximately 4:30 p.m., Russian terrorists attacked a child with a UAV in the Central District of Kherson. The Russian drone struck the roof of a store’s sales floor. An 11-year-old boy was injured and taken to the hospital with an explosive-related injury.

A 65-year-old woman was killed in a Russian drone attack in Kostyrka, Novorayska Community.

Around 10:40 a.m., the Russians shelled the central part of Kherson. A man and an elderly woman were killed; their identities are being determined.

At 10:00 a.m., an 84-year-old man was injured (blast injury) in the central part of Kherson due to a Russian drone attack. The victim went to the hospital on his own.

As a result of the morning shelling of the Korabelny district of Kherson, a 33-year-old man sustained an explosive injury. A 62-year-old woman suffered a concussion, blast injury, and a closed head injury.

As a reminder, on the morning of August 31, the enemy struck a healthcare facility in Kherson. Two employees of the facility were injured in the attack.
