Russian military casualties have exceeded 1.5 million personnel, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have eliminated approximately 1,480 more Russian soldiers. Total casualties among Russian military personnel since the start of the full-scale invasion have exceeded 1.5 million.
This was reported by the General Staff.
As of September 9, the Russian army had lost approximately 1,500,870 soldiers.
Over the past 24 hours, the following were also destroyed or damaged:
- 6 tanks;
- 5 armored combat vehicles;
- 42 artillery systems;
- 1 multiple launch rocket system;
- 1 air defense system;
- 1,879 operational-tactical-level UAVs;
- 33 cruise missiles;
- 530 vehicles and tanker trucks;
- 13 ground-based robotic systems;
- 3 units of specialized equipment.
In total, since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has also lost 12,338 tanks, 25,290 armored combat vehicles, 49,383 artillery systems, and 506,188 operational-tactical UAVs.
As a reminder, a fire broke out at a fuel oil terminal in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, Russia, following a nighttime drone attack. OSINT analysts at ASTRA confirmed this based on footage from eyewitnesses.
