Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that the possible deployment of European troops on Ukrainian territory would mark the beginning of a war between Russia and Europe.
This is according to Russian media reports.
During a speech in Delhi, Putin said that European countries are discussing sending troops into Ukraine. He stated that Moscow would view such a move as a direct entry into the war.
