The Office of the President responded to a statement by First Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, who emphasized the need to find a mechanism for holding elections in Ukraine even amid a prolonged war.
Journalists asked Presidential Press Secretary Dmytro Lytvyn whether the Office of the President considers it possible to hold elections under the current circumstances.
It seems to me that the daily strikes by Russian drones and missiles are a comprehensive answer to that question

Thus, the Office of the President emphasized the security implications of holding elections during a full-scale war.
As a reminder, former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov stated that Ukraine must find a way to restore a full-fledged democratic process even amid a protracted war. According to him, Ukraine must develop a lawful, secure, and realistic mechanism for holding elections during wartime.
