Massive drone attack on Crimea: Fires in Sevastopol and at a military base near Krasnoperekopsk

This was reported by the so-called “governor” of occupied Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, and the “Crimean Wind” monitoring Telegram channel.

According to Gauleiter Razvozhayev, Russian “military forces, aviation, air defense, and mobile fire groups are repelling a massive attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.” He is assuring local residents that air defense forces have shot down more than 30 UAVs.

Late the previous evening, Razvozhayev reported that 21 drones had allegedly been shot down. 

The Kremlin appointee reported fires in various districts of Sevastopol.

According to him, drone activity was also recorded overnight in the Balaklava district.

It is also noted that a Russian military unit was on fire in northern Crimea. This is confirmed by satellite images.

As a reminder, drones attacked the “Gvardeyskoye” airfield in Crimea, from which the Russians launch “Shahed” drones. As a result of the strikes, a fuel and lubricants depot caught fire. Eyewitnesses also report the detonation of small-arms ammunition. According to them, the fire is massive, and the flames are visible from several kilometers away.
