Russian troops attacked residential areas in the Kherson region: one person was killed and nine were wounded

This was reported by Alexander Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

One person was killed as a result of the shelling, and nine residents of the region sustained injuries of varying severity.

Enemy shells and drones struck residential neighborhoods in the region’s towns and villages. So far, damage has been reported to six high-rise buildings and 12 private homes.

In addition to residential buildings, critical and social infrastructure facilities were also targeted by the Russian military. The strikes also damaged a store building, agricultural equipment, and private vehicles belonging to local residents.

As a reminder, over the past 24 hours, on August 15, Russian troops carried out more than a thousand strikes on the territory of the Zaporizhzhia region. Three people were killed as a result of the enemy attacks, and nine others sustained injuries of varying severity.
