On the night of August 7, Russian troops launched strikes against seven facilities belonging to Ukrnafta, a subsidiary of the Naftogaz Group.

This was reported by the Naftogaz Group.

Facilities supporting oil and gas production in eastern Ukraine were targeted by the Russian Federation.

Equipment critical to the company’s operations has been destroyed, leading to the shutdown of a number of facilities and significant losses in production volumes.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

As winter approaches, Russia is systematically attacking Ukrainian oil and gas production facilities to inflict maximum damage on the infrastructure.

In addition, according to information from the Naftogaz Group, over the past 24 hours the enemy attacked four Ukrnafta gas stations in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

As a reminder, over the first seven months of 2026, Russian attacks destroyed 37 gas stations in the Naftogaz Group’s network. Some of the facilities have been repaired, while the rest remain destroyed and out of service. In total, since the start of Russian aggression in 2014, the state-owned “Ukrnafta” network has lost 123 gas stations.
