Russian invaders attacked a gas station in Kharkiv with a drone; a woman was killed. A fire broke out at a hardware store in Pavlohrad; seven people were injured.

Over the past six months, more than 300 gas stations have been destroyed or damaged as a result of Russian shelling. This has caused significant damage to the country's economy.

On the night of August 7, Russian troops launched strikes against seven facilities belonging to Ukrnafta, a subsidiary of the Naftogaz Group.

In the first seven months of 2026, Russian attacks destroyed 37 gas stations belonging to the Naftogaz Group’s network. Some of the facilities have been repaired, while the rest remain destroyed and out of service.

Russian occupation forces launched yet another attack on civilian infrastructure in Sumy, striking one of the city's gas stations.
