Air Defense Forces shot down one missile and 81 drones on July 24, – update from the Ukrainian Air Force

Throughout the day on July 24, Russian forces launched a combined strike against Ukrainian territory, using ballistic and anti-ship missiles, as well as more than 90 attack drones.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force Command.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., the enemy attacked the Kyiv region with three Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles from the north. One missile was intercepted, but two were confirmed to have struck the Bucha district.
By 11:45 a.m., the occupiers had attacked the Odesa region with two “Onyx” anti-ship missiles launched from Crimea. Thanks to active countermeasures, the missiles did not reach their targets.
Additionally, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., more than 90 enemy attack UAVs were detected in Ukrainian airspace, with over a third of them being jet-powered. Defense forces shot down or neutralized 81 enemy drones.
On Friday, July 24, Russian troops reportedly carried out a targeted strike on a military training ground where an arms exhibition was taking place. The strike resulted in casualties and significant damage. Meanwhile, participants in the arms exhibition have confirmed the Russian strike on the training ground. According to them, there are currently not enough emergency medical teams at the site of the attack. As is known, the announcement of the exhibition at the open-air training ground was freely available online.
It was later reported that 10 people were killed in the attack, and about 100 people sustained injuries of varying severity.
