Russian drones strike gas stations in two Kyiv districts and business center, killing 2 and injuring 12

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced this.

UPDATE 9:40 p.m.:

According to the State Emergency Service, a fire covering an area of 500 square meters broke out as a result of a second Russian attack on a business center in the Podilsky district.

Rescue workers have already extinguished the fire caused by the Russian attack.

There were no fatalities or injuries, the State Emergency Service reported.

UPDATE 7:00 PM:

Klitschko reported a second strike on a 5-story office building in the Podilsky district. The attack caused a fire in a neighboring warehouse building.

UPDATE 4:30 PM:

According to the State Emergency Service, in the Podilskyi district, an enemy UAV struck a five-story administrative building, causing partial destruction and a fire on the fourth floor.

Windows in the building were also shattered, parked cars were damaged, and a fire broke out in a nearby single-story utility building.

Rescue workers have now dealt with the aftermath of the attack.

UPDATE 2:49 p.m.:

The mayor of Kyiv reported that a 12-year-old child was among those affected by the enemy’s attack on the capital this morning.

UPDATE 1:00 PM:

Klitschko added that during the daytime drone attack on the capital, an ambulance responding to a call was damaged. The medical personnel were not injured. Additionally, a non-residential building in the Podilsky district was hit.
Emergency services are heading to the scene.

UPDATE 12:00 PM:

The number of casualties has risen again: eight people are now known to have been injured. Six of them are in the hospital.

UPDATE 11:44 a.m.:

It has been reported that two people have died as a result of this morning’s attack on a gas station in Kyiv. Another victim, a 36-year-old man, died in the hospital. Currently, four injured people are being treated in hospitals in the capital.

UPDATE 11:37:

The mayor of Kyiv reported that one person injured during the attack on a gas station in the capital has died from his injuries. In total, six people were injured in the morning attack, five of whom were hospitalized.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that an employee of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine was among the injured. All fires have now been extinguished.

Klitschko wrote that debris from a UAV fell onto a car in the Obolon district. There is no fire. Preliminary reports indicate there is one casualty. A fire also broke out in a non-residential area in the same district. Emergency services are on the scene.

The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that four people are known to have been injured as a result of the enemy attack.

The Kyiv City Military Administration noted that, according to preliminary information, there are two casualties in the Obolon district as a result of the enemy attack.

Mayor Klitschko reported that a gas station in the Obolon district was hit again.

Preliminary reports indicate that strikes were recorded in the Dniprovskyi and Obolon districts of Kyiv.

The details are being verified.

As a reminder, yesterday a 9-story residential building caught fire in Kyiv’s Dniprovskyi district as a result of an enemy attack. Eight people are currently known to have been injured.
