Drone strike on shopping mall in Sumy kills two, injures 20

A Russian attack drone struck the grounds of a shopping and entertainment center in Sumy.
UPDATE 10:25 p.m.
Oleg Grigorov (Sumy Regional Military Administration) reported that among those killed in the enemy strike on the shopping mall in Sumy were a 21-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman.
There are 20 known casualties. Three are in serious condition—two men and one woman. Another woman is in critical condition.
Among the injured are three girls aged 15–16 (with minor to moderate injuries).
Fortunately, reports of a third fatality have not been confirmed.
UPDATE 10:00 PM
According to the State Emergency Service, a Russian strike on a parking lot near the shopping center set four cars on fire and damaged the building.
Three children were among the 14 injured.
Rescue workers extinguished the fire and inspected the damaged premises.

The Sumy Regional State Administration reported that three children were among those injured in the enemy drone strike on the shopping mall in Sumy.
UPDATE 8:40 p.m.
According to Serhiy Kryvosheyenko, the number of people injured in the Russian attack on the shopping mall in downtown Sumy has risen to 14.
Among the injured is a 16-year-old.
Four of the injured are in critical condition.
Artem Kobzar (acting mayor of Sumy) reported that 14 people were injured as a result of the strike on the shopping mall in the Zarichny district of the city.

According to Oleg Grigorov, three people are known to have died as a result of the enemy drone attack on the shopping mall in Sumy.
The attack was reported by Oleg Grigorov (Sumy Regional Military Administration) and Serhiy Kryvosheyenko (city administration).
The UAV struck a parking lot near the shopping center in the city center. Preliminary reports indicate that two people were killed. There are also injuries.
The attack damaged the shopping center building and nearby parked cars. A fire broke out on the premises.
A rescue operation is underway at the scene. There is a risk of further strikes.

As a reminder, in Kyiv, a UAV struck a 9-story residential building, killing a 70-year-old woman. Five people were injured, including two children.
