In Odesa, an impact sparked a massive fire in a 25-story residential building; apartments on floors 21 through 23 were ablaze, with structural elements completely destroyed. Nearby residential buildings and a low-pressure gas pipeline were also damaged.

There are numerous casualties resulting from the enemy shelling. Firefighters and rescue workers saved seven residents; some people were trapped in an elevator during the attack.

According to the latest data from local authorities, at least 17 people were injured, including a five-month-old infant. At least six individuals, including the child, have been hospitalized.

The city of Chornomorsk also came under attack. One private house was completely destroyed there, and three others were damaged. Additionally, a gas pipe was damaged by a strike, sparking a fire in a residential building.

In Chornomorsk, a hotel building housing a rehabilitation center and nearby parked cars sustained damage. Emergency responders rescued people who were unable to move on their own. Preliminary data from the State Emergency Service indicates six casualties in the city, five of whom are children.

Operations to address the aftermath of the attack and clear debris are ongoing.

As a reminder, on the night of September 12, enemy forces attacked industrial facilities in Dnipro. Additionally, in Zaporizhzhia, two people were killed and one woman was injured as a result of a strike on a residential area.
