The president emphasized that he had discussed with Drapatyi “personnel issues in the Armed Forces of Ukraine that need to be resolved.”
The Commander-in-Chief reported on the defense of Kostiantynivka, Sloviansk, and the Donetsk region in general. Zelenskyy thanked the units carrying out combat missions, repelling Russian assaults, eliminating “infiltrations,” and destroying the occupiers.
They discussed plans for long-range strikes against Russia. Good results have been achieved at the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery. Related operations are continuing.
Drapatyi also reported on work related to anti-ballistic measures and communication with the U.S. side. Efforts are underway at all levels with partners to secure missile packages for air defense.
The more Putin believes in his reliance on ballistic missiles, the less likely he will be to respond positively to diplomatic proposals. Therefore, strengthening Ukraine’s defenses is a direct investment in diplomacy
