In Feodosia, a power substation caught fire following an attack, leaving part of the city without power

This was reported by the Telegram channel “Crimean Wind.”

According to the channel, the fire broke out at a power substation located on Kerch Highway. The facility in question is the Feodosia high-voltage transmission grid—one of the city’s major energy facilities.

Prior to this, residents reported seeing drones over Feodosia and the activation of Russian air defense systems.

Reports of power outages in other cities of occupied Crimea also came in throughout the night. In particular, residents of Simferopol and Sevastopol reported power surges, and in Kerch, according to eyewitnesses, the lights went out.

The day before, Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces, Brovdi, reported that between July 25 and 27, Ukrainian operators of strike UAVs struck 18 power facilities in the temporarily occupied territories, 14 of which are located in Crimea. According to him, this caused power outages in a number of Crimean cities, including Simferopol, Bakhchysarai, Sudak, Alushta, and Feodosia.
