Russia has reported attacks on oil refineries: explosions have been reported in Novoshakhtinsk and Afipskoye

On the night of August 24–25, local residents reported attacks on the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery in the Rostov Region and the Afipsk Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar Territory. Explosions were reported at both facilities, and a fire broke out at the Afipsky refinery following the attack.
This is being reported by monitoring Telegram channels.
Around 2:10 a.m., reports emerged of an attack on the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery in the Rostov region. At approximately 3:41 a.m., reports of explosions began to surface in Afipsk, Krasnodar Krai, where another oil refinery is also located.

Later, monitoring channels published a video from Afipsky. According to preliminary reports, the footage shows a fire on the refinery grounds; specifically, there were reports of a tank catching fire.
There is currently no official information on the extent of the damage.
As a reminder, on August 24, the Unmanned Systems Forces announced that they had struck a number of military facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation and in temporarily occupied areas. Among the targets named were, in particular, an oil depot in Yeysk, as well as facilities in the Rostov region.
