"Forest Gump": Ukraine's anti-corruption court sets 7 million hryvnias bail for former Sense Bank supervisory board chairman

Investigators believe that Gladyshenko facilitated the unimpeded transfer of funds through a bank to post bail for former Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko.

According to the High Anti-Corruption Court’s ruling, the suspect is required to pay the specified bail amount within five days.

Prosecutors from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) insisted on keeping Gladyshenko in custody with the possibility of release after posting 150 million hryvnias in bail, but the High Anti-Corruption Court did not grant this motion in full.

As a reminder, Mudra is appealing his arrest in the “Forest Gump” case, but the High Anti-Corruption Court’s ruling left the bail amount unchanged at 20 million hryvnias. In addition, the court left Viktor Dubovyk’s pretrial measure unchanged—an alternative bail of 7 million hryvnias.
