SACP prosecutor said Mindich gave Mudra cash for Halushchenko's bail, Zhelezniak says

During the hearing, the prosecutor stated that on June 9, Mindich handed cash to Mudra to post bail for Galushchenko. Evidence confirms that the bail money came specifically from Mindich and that he was the one who approached Mudra regarding its payment.

In addition, the prosecutor from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) requested that Stupak, the head of “SENS Bank,” be held in custody with an alternative bail of 150 million hryvnias.

As a reminder, Iryna Mudra, deputy head of the Office of the President, and former MP Maksym Mykytas, who are implicated in the “Forest Gump” case, reportedly discussed the possible destruction of evidence and measures to conceal their activities prior to the NABU raids, according to the investigation.

Earlier, it was reported that Denys Mykytas was ordered to be held in custody in the “Forest Gump” case, with an alternative bail of 30 million hryvnias.
