Veteran Dmytro Koziatynskyi, the organizer of the protests against Mykhailo Fedorov’s resignation, has announced a protest march calling for dialogue and reforms in the defense sector. The event will take place on July 31 at 7:00 p.m. in Kyiv.
He announced this on the social media platform X.
The march in Kyiv will start near the Shevchenko monument in Shevchenko Park and end at Ivan Franko Square.
Koziatynskyi also suggested that other cities organize similar marches along their main streets, security conditions permitting.
The veteran noted that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s latest interview did not provide clear answers to the questions raised by the protesters.
I think everyone has already seen the president’s new interview. Unfortunately, it still didn’t provide an answer to the question people are asking at protests across the country. I’m convinced that listening to your people is a sign of strength, and I hope the president will hear us after all

He called for giving Fedorov time to implement reforms—for example, one year—and then evaluating the results.
Koziatynskyi also asked people not to attend the daily protest on July 28 and to save their energy for the march on July 31. He also reminded everyone that the memorial event for the victims of Olenivka had been canceled due to the risk of missile strikes.
As a reminder, Zelenskyy outlined the reasons for Fedorov’s dismissal. The president stated that the latest personnel changes in the government were necessary to ensure more effective coordination among state institutions and to prepare the country for the new challenges of the war.
