Protests demanding the appointment of Mykhailo Fedorov as defense minister are now in their eighth day in Ukraine.

According to preliminary estimates, several hundred people have gathered in Kyiv, and dozens of protesters have gathered in regional capitals. However, veteran and protest organizer Dmytro Koziatynskyi did not call on people to attend rallies today.

According to his comments in an interview with “Shelter, the protesters expect the authorities to take action by Friday to reinstate Fedorov as defense minister. If this does not happen, indefinite daily protests will begin.

As a reminder, rallies calling for Fedorov’s appointment as defense minister will continue on July 24. Veteran, activist, and protest organizer Dmytro Kozyatynskyi has called for the rallies to continue in Kyiv and other cities starting Friday, July 24.
